Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Highway Design Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale highway projects, leading a team of engineers and designers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple highway projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering projects that meet their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, including management of highway design projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience in highway design and construction.
  • Certifications: Eligible for MTO RAQS under Detail Design – High Complexity, and PMP certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Alternate Delivery Models: Experience with alternate delivery models on owner and delivery sides.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Microstation, and Bentley InRoads.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with municipal projects and utility coordination.
