We're looking for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team As a key member of our culinary operations, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food service experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of food preparation, menu planning, and development to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our clients.
  • Participate in catering and conference events on site, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in production, hiring, employee training, staff scheduling, associate supervising, and addressing employee relation issues.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and quality food products.
  • Directly manage associates to achieve optimal performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Four years of culinary experience, preferably in a management role, with strong supervisory skills to motivate, lead, and develop your team.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management, including controlling food and labor costs.
  • Creative ability to apply current trendy food items and presentations to our food service operations.
  • Catering and banquet experience is essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and willing to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and comfortable learning new programs.
