**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Fresh Direct Produce Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in servicing and meeting the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote fresh produce items and manage orders and inventory requirements for chain stores.
  • Communicate effectively with our Buying Team on product availability, pricing, and other related matters.
  • Negotiate optimal pricing with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, supply, and quality of produce items to provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Develop and meet sales budgets and targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast sales trends and prepare accurate reports using internal and external data sources.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and logistics functions, including order management and inventory control.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools to prepare reports and presentations.
