Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including coordinating and directing the work of team members.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management or infrastructure industry.
  • Professional engineering license or certification in project management.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel to project sites. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience working in the facilities management or infrastructure industry. They will be a strong leader and communicator, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams to achieve project objectives.
