We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including coordinating and directing the work of team members.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the facilities management or construction industry.
- Professional engineering license or certification in project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
The candidate must also be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company's safety policies and procedures.
