Food Service Manager

At Bill's Breakfast Bistro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high standards of service.
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain our quality and freshness.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming work environment for all staff and customers.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience in a food service or hospitality environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent full-time position.
