About the Role

UKG is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive the strategic direction of our Human Capital Management (HCM) product portfolio. As a Senior Director of Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services, driving innovation, and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the HCM industry.
  2. Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers and user experience designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this insight to inform product development and drive business growth.

Requirements
  1. 10-15+ years of experience in product management at a technology-driven organization.
  2. Proven leadership track record in leading, coaching, and mentoring product and user experience teams.
  3. Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Experience in the HCM industry or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
