Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing Host to join our front door team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations and walk-in guests, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations and walk-in guests to maximize seating capacity
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answer phone calls to handle guest inquiries
  • Be a problem solver and supportive team player

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain physically active and busy during shifts
  • Previous service experience is an asset but not mandatory
  • Lift items up to 30lbs
