About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Pizza Cut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure the financial health of our kitchen.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and a team player with a strong work ethic
