About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Pizza Cut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and servers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and sales.
    • Establish work schedules and manage staff rotas.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions
