Service Delivery Leadership Role at Yellowknife Airport

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee screening operations at various checkpoints in our designated airport.
About the Job$80,000 - $110,000 per year
- Oversee a team of Screening Officers, fostering a positive workplace culture rooted in diversity and inclusivity.
- Take ownership of screening checkpoint operations and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders within aviation security.
- Lead and mentor Screening Officers, promoting engagement and motivation.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Labour Relations Teams on hiring, performance management, and separation processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend employee recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; OR a minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education combined with a year of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Ability to acquire Transport Canada Security Clearance and eligibility for Federal Security Clearance.
- Minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience in a protective service leadership role, preferably in the aviation security industry.
