We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Starlight Education Group Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also direct and control daily operations, direct staff, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
