Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our team as a Workforce Planning Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic labour plans to optimize productivity and efficiency. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations, we encourage you to apply.

The Role
  • Design and implement strategic labour plans to drive business growth
  • Optimize labour spending and productivity through data analysis and process improvement
  • Gather, analyze, and process scheduling inputs to build optimized schedules
  • Publish optimized schedules to stakeholders
  • Support live week schedule changes to ensure business continuity

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supply chain management with a focus on workforce planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
