Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
    • Handle phone calls with a proactive attitude and a friendly tone
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Engage in precise data entry, filing, photocopying, and other vital administrative tasks
    • Collaborate seamlessly with staff to maintain organized and accurate records
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
