Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and word processing
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French and English) language skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
