Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
