Restaurant Operations Manager

BC Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor revenue and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise staff and provide guidance on performance and customer service
- Recruit and train new staff members to meet business needs
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a permanent schedule of 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
