Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
1125433 BC Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and service.
**Responsibilities**
* Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staffing levels
* Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet our high standards
* Recruit and select new staff members to join our team
* Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
* Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**
* Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity
* Permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week
* Work language: English
**Requirements**
* College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
