Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Experience with Quick Books and Simply Accounting.
Work Environment
