We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to inform decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of productivity.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure with a large caseload.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
