Job Title: Collection Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Supervisor to join our team at JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and resolving work problems in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
