Corporate Recruitment Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Clean Line. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates
- Develop and implement recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary range, depending on experience
- Free parking available
- 30-40 hours per week
- Permanent work term
- Work Language: English
