**Full-Cycle Recruitment Opportunity with Unlimited Earning Potential**

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full-Cycle Consultant to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions, a boutique recruitment firm based in Toronto.

**About the Role**

As a Full-Cycle Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively acquiring clients and candidates through various channels, including cold and warm calling, social media, and networking. Your duties will also include:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify their staffing needs and developing strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Conducting in-depth interviews, reference checks, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from posting job descriptions to candidate onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate candidate information and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle using our CRM system

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A post-secondary education and 2+ years' experience in agency recruitment or sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a professional demeanor
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information

**Compensation and Benefits**

This is a 100% commission-based role, with an estimated average annual earning potential of $60,000. However, your earning potential is uncapped, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated and driven to succeed.
