Transformative Opportunity in Transportation Planning

We are seeking a seasoned Transportation Master Planning Lead to spearhead our transportation planning practice at GHD. This role offers a chance to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our brand in the Transportation sector across Canada.

Working with a vibrant and high-performing team, this position will involve:

  • Leading transportation planning studies and related projects
  • Contributing to business development strategies within the transportation planning space
  • Managing projects from start to finish, including team management and client satisfaction
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship
  • Promoting best practices in transportation planning
  • Developing relationships with strategic clients
  • Representing GHD at industry events and conferences
  • Driving revenue growth and client relationship development
  • Establishing yourself as a key contact for client needs
  • Actively enhancing client relationships and service offerings
  • Liaising with North American key accounts

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, or related field
  • Professional Engineer or Registered Planner designation in Ontario
  • Extensive experience in transportation planning and project management
  • Demonstrated success in winning projects across Canada
  • Strong relationships within the Ontario Transportation market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools
  • Strong critical thinking and leadership abilities
