- Team Management: Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in transportation planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PEng) certification.
