Office Support Specialist

ALLIGATOR FREIGHT SERVICES is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events using our calendar system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and employees.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, manage our inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic computer skills.
