Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to our team by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist with opening and distributing mail, packages, and other materials as needed;
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members;
    • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries;
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes;
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Management
    • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems;
    • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent;
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment;
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows;
    • Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping procedures.
Work Details

This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
