**Job Summary**

DGA Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Account Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a successful book of fleets and garages, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a diary of prospective and current clients of fleet accounts and garage policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Provide friendly, professional service to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements:

  • Level 2 insurance license
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of success in account management and business development
