Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food preparation and service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following Subway's quality and safety standards.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash and inventory.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
