Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Steve's Poke Bar (Metrotown) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
