About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Alkhair Wholesale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, and trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
  • Meat Sales and Service: Weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts, and sell meats to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and sales records for inventory control.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
