About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Kwan Shun Food Trading Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are presented to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Product Presentation: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are visually appealing and ready for sale.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate manual cutting utensils and slicing machines to efficiently prepare products.
Work Environment

As a Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
