About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven background in heavy truck and equipment OEM sales to join our team. As a manufacturer and supplier of custom OEM parts and products, we are focused on delivering strategic value to engineering, purchasing, and supply chain groups within heavy truck and equipment OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key strategies for bringing in new accounts and business growth while working with our account managers to ensure each client request is fulfilled with the highest quality, attention to detail, and punctuality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A proven track record of achievement, specifically in sales growth and strategic business development in this industry.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that supports your ability to adapt and achieve results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong presentation skills, and self-motivation to achieve results and win new business.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven and impressive sales success with heavy truck and equipment OEMs.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Location and Schedule

The position is based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, and requires occasional travel internationally as needed to fulfill job responsibilities. The standard schedule is an 8-hour shift.
