Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven background in heavy truck and equipment OEM sales to join our team at Ampco. As a manufacturer and supplier of custom OEM parts and products, we're focused on delivering strategic value to engineering, purchasing, and supply chain groups within heavy truck and equipment OEMs. You will be responsible for developing key strategies for bringing in new accounts and business growth while working with our account managers to ensure each client request is fulfilled with the highest quality, attention to detail, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy truck and equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement in business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and business growth.
