About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at R & T TAX MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, team members, and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in accounting and supervisory roles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English or French, and the work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines.
