Join our team as an Account Supervisor and play a key role in driving business performance for our clients. Job Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our integrated team, working closely with Account Directors, Creative, Production, Media, and Strategy teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Liaison and Administration: Support the Account Director and wider team with general client liaison and administration, including building project estimates, briefs, client contact reports, and work back schedules.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate creative and production teams dedicated to projects, providing leadership and structure to tactical execution and launch.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive and trusting working relationships with all clients and agency stakeholders, and partner with internal cross-functional teams to deliver proactive solutions.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the internal team's day-to-day progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure each project is executed seamlessly from initiation to completion.
  • Strategic Development: Develop strategies and tactics to prepare presentations for clients, showcasing innovative ideas and solid tactical rationale.
  • Competitive Analysis: Prepare thoughtful points-of-view around competitive and industry activity.
  • New Business Development: Participate in new business pitches and opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and profitability, and work closely with the finance team on invoicing.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University Degree: A degree in advertising, communications, or marketing.
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar work function, with team and stakeholder management experience preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Automotive and automotive retail experience is a bonus.
  • Adaptability: Highly adaptable and able to perform in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Organizational Skills: Comfortable working independently with strong organizational skills, and a quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams...), and experience with project management software and experience manager platforms is a bonus.
