Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Guru's Pizza Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
