Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
