Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Telford Food Services.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth food service operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
