About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sussex Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information, utilizing manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
