As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
Key responsibilities include providing nursing care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and participating in hospital committees and research projects. About this location/unit:
Hillside Centre is a 44-bed facility located on the Royal Inland Hospital campus in Kamloops, B.C. It provides services to adults and elderly individuals with acute illness and/or severely dysfunctional behaviors who require stabilization and rehabilitation strategies to promote reintegration into the community.
We are looking for a self-directed, motivated, and reliable mental health-trained nurse who enjoys working in a team environment and has a strong desire to learn. If you are experienced in mental health or substance use, we encourage you to apply.
