We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Lansdowne Centre in Kamloops, B.C. This is a Casual opportunity, with a variety of shift types and times available.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Mental Health Worker, you will work as part of the larger Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) health care team and as a member of a specific Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) multi-disciplinary specialized team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing basic case management, establishing rehabilitation objectives and/or psychosocial rehabilitation plans for the assigned client population(s), and engaging clients in various community settings as people with full potential and as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation.

About Our Unit:
Lansdowne Centre is one of Interior Health's Mental Health Centres, providing a range of services including adult community support, adult short-term assessment and treatment, community residential programs, geriatric programs, crisis intervention, day and outpatient programs, addictions counselling, concurrent disorders services, group therapy, peer support, and after-hours mental health support.
