About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing back-end processes and systems to ensure a smooth operation. This role involves updating/configuring systems, communicating with stakeholders, and suggesting process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests, providing support in English and French.
  • Execute onboarding activities and deliver training to system users.
  • Develop business process documentation and contribute to department optimization initiatives.
  • Assist with user account management and maintain SLAs at 95%.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • A proactive and persistent approach to challenges, with the drive to help the company achieve its goals.
