About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Centah. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests submitted by system users
  • Provide concierge administrative support in English and French
  • Execute onboarding activities and deliver training for system users
  • Develop business process documentation
  • Contribute to department optimization and business process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with user account management activities
  • Contribute to maintaining SLAs at 95%

Requirements:

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a technical environment involving multiple systems
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • A proactive and persistent approach to challenges
  • Ability to address issues with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Dedication to producing high-quality work
  • Capacity for analytical thinking and sound judgment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients
