About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Centah. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
