About the Role

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a leading provider of automation solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing training programs that drive employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training content using Articulate 360 software
  • Provide user support for our Learning Management System
  • Curate content from OpenSesame and create monthly newsletters
  • Manage training checklists and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with managers and trainers to revise content
  • Administer training programs and track employee progress
  • Perform administrative tasks, including monitoring HR inboxes and coordinating meetings
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Learning and Development
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
