Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at Panah Bakery & Halal Meat. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our bakery products, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and quality.
- Bakery Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including mixing, baking, and decorating of bread, pastries, and other sweet goods.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor our bakery staff on preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our established standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
