Bakery Operations Manager

Foster's Bakery (1981) Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, and prepare special orders to meet customer demands.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
