Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Assured Automotive. As a key member of our Collision Repair Facility Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a successful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide positive energy and exceptional customer service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Manage the confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles and towing requests
  • Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims personnel as required
  • Manage all arrangements for towing and costing against the Repair Order
  • Ensure all assignments have been followed up and appointments confirmed with customers
  • Reconcile each Repair Order prior to closing
  • Monitor and manage Store's Accounts Receivable
  • Uphold Assured's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
  • Consistently demonstrates a successful client experience
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability
