Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc.
Job Summary:The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role will also involve training and supervising staff, preparing reports, and coordinating activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members in financial duties and policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth operation of financial equipment and systems.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and work units.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The Accounting Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
